Refugium offers research based lectures and workshops on issues like inner and outer sustainability, resilience, transformation and well-being for individuals and groups.
For organizations and businesses, there are also events focusing on workplace health promotion (TYHY/TYKY) as well as consultations for promoting internal and external sustainability. A special focus is directed towards a sustainable organizational culture based upon dialogic processing of themes like value based work, work-life-balance, interpersonal communication, and sustainable leadership. During 2023 Refugium has facilitated events and co-created process based professional development with customers such as Bildningsalliansen, Umeå kommun, Nordic Network for Adult Learning, Sydkustens Landskapsförbund, and the Centre for Lifelong Learning at Åbo Akademi.
