YOGA TEACHER
Ann-Christin has been practicing yoga in many forms since her youth and she is a registered yoga teacher in hatha vinyasa (200 RYT with Saara Rönnholm from HIMA Happiness) as well as in embodied yin (50 hrs, online with Satu Tuomela from Authentic Flow Tribe). Ann-Christin sees yoga as a way to unite breath and movement, body and mind, the journey inwards and outwards. As a yoga teacher, her vision is to provide space for presence, authenticity, and deep listening which strengthens the capacity to live in alignment, respect, and humility with all other forms of life.
SPACE MAKER
Refugium was founded in 2011. The word refugium means 'safe place' and it can be interpreted both as a mental and a physical space to which we can withdraw from the hustle-bustle of a world overloading us with impressions and distractions. Also, many of us long for some peace and tranquility that might enhance reflection, inner growth, and transformation towards more sustainable ways of life.
